Teamspeak Support :: Subscribing to a Channel


Sometimes a user is not able to see clients in other channels inside of a Teamspeak 3 server. If that user is unable to see users in other channels, please have them try re-subscribing to all channels. If the steps below do not resolve the issues, then the server group that they are in lacks the correct "Subscribe Power" for certain channels.

  1. Cycling the "Subscribe" Button
    At the top of the TeamSpeak 3 program you'll click on the "Chat Bubble" button until the "Eye" in the center is illuminated. If it already is illuminated, please click the button twice to re-activate it.
